Who Is Serenity Med Ride?
Serenity Med Ride is a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company here in Colorado Springs. We provide safe and reliable rides for people going to and from medical appointments, hospitals, therapy, and other healthcare visits.
We handle Medicaid rides, private pay trips, and transportation arranged through facilities and providers. Whether you walk on your own or use a wheelchair, we are here to make sure you get to your appointment safely, comfortably, and on time. We also offer trips outside of Colorado when needed.
Medicaid Rides
We are an approved provider for Medicaid transportation in Colorado. If you want to see if you qualify or need help with the steps to apply, we’ll guide you through the process so you can get your covered ride.
Private Pay Services
For those not using Medicaid, we also provide private pay rides. Our goal is to get you where you need to be on time, while treating you with respect and care. We focus on building trust and lasting relationships with our riders and their families
